diagnosed with food allergies at 3 months old. As I learned to manage
Sophie's food allergies, our family decided to eat only
dinners. We experimented with food allergy recipes of all kinds:
breakfast, dinners, desserts. Eventually, this cookbook was born. All
of the recipes in my cookbook are free of all of the 8 most common
food allergens: wheat, eggs, milk, peanuts, soy, tree nuts, fish, and
shellfish. Approximately 11 million people in the United States have
